Customer Service Representative / Production Assistant

Location : KETMOY Printing, 9285 Princeton Glendale Rd., West Chester, OH 45011 Details : KETMOY Printing is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Production Assistant to join its growing team.
Responsibilities include :
- Working with sales reps, estimating, and production manager to ensure job details are clearly communicated and progress smoothly through the life cycle of the job.
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relations from initial contact through project completion - keeping customers informed throughout the production process as to job status, and any changes that need to be addressed.
- Ensuring that customer proofs are received and approved prior to beginning production
- Monitoring progress of jobs throughout production and alert customer as to any delays
- Assisting with estimating and entering job tickets into the production system
- Supporting company Vice President (production manager) on an ongoing basis to help maintain high level of efficiency and to minimize bottlenecks in the production process.
Candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 5 years experience in the printing industry. Additionally, strong organizational and communication skills are a must with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
Proficiency with MS Office and the interest / ability to learn new programs as well as a desire to grow and excel in an office environment.
