A company is looking for a Call Center Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding senior living communities

Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents and their families

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in sales or customer service in Senior Living

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
