Role : Patient Care Coordinator
Location : Dallas, TX 75243
Pay Rate Range : $ 19 - $ 21 / hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Works with new patients walking them through how the office functions and helping them get scheduled with correct doctors and any appointments / referrals that needed before hand
- Ordering MRIs / Imaging
- Taking patient demographics
- Updating insurance information
- Answering phones
- Following up with patients
- Check in / Check out
- Confirming Insurance verifications
