Storage Administrator

Are you ready to make a significant impact by supporting critical national security infrastructure? T-Rex Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Storage Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ft. Meade, MD in support of the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting database backups
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp and Commvault systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures
• Mentor and train other support engineers in the team, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Stay current with the latest NetApp technologies, best practices, and certifications
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24 / 7 support for critical issues
• Ensure all storage devices are security compliant
• Contribute to monitoring of team metrics and KPIs, ensuring the health and success of the service
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams in both engineering and security.

Windows and UNIX knowledge

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
