Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Patient Services Representative :

• Serve as the primary contact for patient interactions, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying demographics and insurance details, collecting co-pays, and providing receipts.
• Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and handle referrals and authorizations across various insurance types.
• Maintain accurate records in CS-Link / Epic and assist with patient / provider correspondence.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness by adhering to department sanitation guidelines.
