  • individual to join our outpatient clinic as a Patient Registration Representative. This role is ideal for someone

  • , grow professionally, and develop valuable skills in the healthcare industry. You will interact daily with nursing staff, physicians, patients, internal administration, EMTs, and firefighters in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients accurately and efficiently
  • Navigate insurance workflows, including alternate processes for uninsured or out-of-state patients
  • Audit accounts to collect insurance details and co-pays
  • Run daily reports and manage self-pay accounts
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies; email communications are monitored
  • Push mobile computer carts and remain on your feet for extended periods, especially in ER settings

  • Pay and Benefits

    • The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
