Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for improving overall availability and efficiency for Microsofts cloud business. We have multiple teams focused on both Microsoft and Lessor datacenter performance and all aspects of datacenter utilization effectiveness that includes power, water, and labor.

We are seeking a Director - Demand Planning to support the Operational Supply Chain across datacenters globally. This role will own developing the strategy that will scale with the business and enable a demand forecast for parts, vendor capacity, and inputs into DC ops capacity planning. This role will lead the business requirements to determine internal or external tools needed to build a capacity planning model that can scale to support thousands of SKUs, globally for critical environment spares and Microsoft AI delivery for DC operations.
