Position Overview : As an Online Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's e-commerce platform.

You will be responsible for curating and optimizing product listings, implementing merchandising strategies, and maximizing sales opportunities across various online channels.

Key Responsibilities : Curate and manage product assortments to ensure alignment with brand objectives and customer preferences.

Optimize product listings for visibility, relevance, and conversion, including product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and product development, to execute merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce merchandising. Continuously evaluate and refine merchandising strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics tools to inform merchandising decisions and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. Proven experience in online merchandising, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, product management systems, and merchandising tools. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset with a passion for driving innovation and enhancing the online shopping experience.
