LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a well-known Supplier to hire a Staff Accountant on a contract-to-hire basis in the Lewisville area paying between $27-$34 / hr.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle General Ledger and project planning experience with an emphasis on Reconciliations.

- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts monthly
- Review Inter-co aging and obtain related invoices from other locations accounting system (ERP)
- Process high volume bank activity
- Reconcile selected General Ledger account balances to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the monthly and annual closing process and annual audit
- Prepare ad hoc reports and complete special projects as requested
- Handle accounts receivable and billing
- Assist with preparation and gathering data for audits; audits and maintains expense reports
- Review, investigate, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in entries, documents, and reports
Qualifications :
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment
- Good team player attitude
