Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Be the friendly face and voice of the agency, welcome clients, answer questions, and make every interaction a positive experience.
- Policy Support : Assist clients with simple policy updates, answer basic coverage questions, and connect them with the right team member when needed.
- Referrals & Transfers : Identify opportunities to refer or transfer clients for additional products and services, earn bonuses for your efforts!
- Growth Opportunity : With licensing, youll have the potential to earn commissions while expanding your role in sales and service.
- Client Care : Build lasting relationships by following up with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping create a smooth experience every step of the way.

Requirements
Licensing : No license required to start, but must be willing to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License in the future (training and support provided).Experience : No prior insurance experience needed, customer service or people-facing experience is a plus.Client-Focused : A genuine interest in helping people and providing excellent customer service.Team Player : Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and work well with the team.Detail-Oriented : Ability to stay organized, handle paperwork accurately, and follow through on tasks.
