Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance ad programs, particularly in short-form video and static ads
Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work with evidence of impact on key metrics
Hands-on experience in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Familiarity with performance metrics like thumb-stop rate and CTR, and ability to use them for decision-making
Experience using AI tools to enhance creative output
