Accounting Manager

As an Accounting Manager, you'll lead a collaborative finance team responsible for driving accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across our capital, fixed asset, lease, and warranty accounting functions.
In this role, you'll balance leadership with active execution, overseeing financial activities that support innovation and strategic investment decisions while personally performing key accounting and analysis responsibilities. You'll serve as a key partner to Finance, Engineering, and Operations leaders, providing expertise in accounting processes, project review, and governance for capital spending. You'll also lead, develop, and mentor a team to ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining strong internal controls.
This position is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys both managing and performing workbuilding structure, developing people, and influencing financial decision-making across the organization.

Pay Range : $102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
