Role Description We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented AVP to lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of client contracts.
This role is critical to ensuring our contractual relationships align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards-especially as they increasingly incorporate advanced technologies and AI-driven solutions.
This is a fully remote position with travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex client contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts reflect operational capabilities, business objectives, and reflect the integration of proprietary technologies..
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related discussions with clients, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.).
Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure timely tracking of key milestones, obligations, and renewals.
Support due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex client contracts, including Master Services Qualifications JD or equivalent legal education preferred; strong experience in contract law and negotiation required.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in contract management, preferably within healthcare, RCM, or BPO sectors.
Proven ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and complex contractual frameworks involving technology and AI.
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and payer-provider dynamics.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
