A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and claims
Handle complex customer requests, including policy changes and payment processing
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
Prior experience in a remote environment is a plus
Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
Preferred proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
