CNC Programmer / Operator

Location : Wilton, NH

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (overtime as needed)

Starting pay rate range : $27-28 / hr

Type : Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines for high-precision parts.
• Review prints for manufacturability and tooling needs.
• Optimize setup and cycle times for existing and new jobs.
• Perform deburring, secondary operations, and inspections (including under a microscope).
• Maintain tooling, consumables, and shop equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
• Work independently while supporting a small, skilled team.
