Job Description : The candidate will facilitate efficient package delivery services and provide administrative support. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to handle courier responsibilities.

Job Requirements / Skill Sets :

Collect and safely transport packages, documents, and other items between designated locations.

Manage packages and documents by verifying paperwork accuracy, confirming recipient information, obtaining required signatures, and maintaining delivery schedule.

Manage FedEx receipt / delivery to include scheduling of freight pickup / delivery.

Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained; oil change, inspection, repairs, etc.

Maintain clear and open communication with supervisor, customers, and colleagues.

Administrative duties include data entry, filing, record maintenance, reproduction, maintain supplies, and other office support as directed by supervisor.

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and address problems / issues.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office suite).

Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred.

The job may require lifting, carrying, and transporting packages of various sizes and weights.

Couriers should be physically capable of performing these tasks.

Education and Other Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Security Clearance : U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and / or be able to access military facilities, naval shi[]{style="letter-spa "}
