Description

Are you a skilled technician with experience in handling complex equipment? We are currently seeking a Service Technician Lead to join our team.

As a Service Technician Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, ensuring that it operates at optimal levels.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy and functionality
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their technical skills and knowledge
  • Participate in the development and implementation of equipment maintenance programs
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies to improve equipment performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an equipment technician.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of maintenance management software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
