Qualifications
Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED
Experience 5-6 years
Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Professional licensing in a related field ( Master / License accredited through state).
Certification in related field ( EGSA Journeyman License).
Manufacturer's Factory Training ( Caterpillar RDLC training CEP II or greater).
Computer skills, Microsoft power point, Excel and Windows based operating system.
Technical Training (electronic or diesel college, Think Big).
Communication and Presentation skills, ability to deliver content effectively.
Updating of Knowledge
Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
