A company is looking for an API Implementation Onboarding Specialist to ensure successful product launches for API customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live
Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams
Develop a scalable customer success framework, including playbooks, onboarding workflows, and support processes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience implementing APIs / User interfaces in professional service companies
Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs
Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations
Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows
Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols
