What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and execute the product vision for the Data Lakehouse platform aligned with business goals

Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term objectives

Evangelize the Lakehouse platform and drive stakeholder alignment across the organization

Lead requirement gathering for front-end data tools and ensure platform compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer engagement

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 7+ years of technical product management experience with data platforms or data infrastructure

Strong understanding of data Lakehouse architectures, query engines, and compute frameworks

Experience building APIs, SDKs, or client integration layers for large-scale platforms

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a software or data engineer

Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value

Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and Apache Superset

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements

Experience in the insurance industry
