TalentBridge is seeking a Senior UiPath / RPA Developer on behalf of our client, a global leader in electronics manufacturing and distribution. This high-impact role will focus on developing and architecting intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations within a fast-paced, enterprise supply chain environment.
As part of the Intelligent Automation team, you'll lead efforts to design, build, deploy, and scale UiPath-based automations while collaborating with stakeholders across IT, operations, logistics, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of UiPath automation workflows using Studio, Orchestrator, and REFrameworkUtilize UiPath Automation CloudTM to host, manage, and scale automation stack (Orchestrator, robots, AI / ML services, etc.) in the cloudArchitect end-to-end RPA solutions across departments (finance, supply chain, operations)Build reusable components and enforce RPA development best practicesIntegrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).Support CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and prioritize automation opportunitiesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developersEnsure governance and compliance standards are met across the automation lifecycleRequired Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in RPA development using UiPathExperience using UiPath Automation CloudTM to manage the full UiPath automation stack (Orchestrator, robots, AI / ML services, etc.) in the cloudStrong command of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFrameworkSolid scripting experience in VB.NET, C#, or PythonProficiency with SQL and API / web service integrationsHands-on experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutionsStrong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experiencePrior experience in electronics, supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise automation consultingNice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power AutomateUIPath Certifications (UiRPA, UiARD)Exposure to enterprise automation frameworks and RPA governance modelsCI / CD and DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)Why This Role?
