Account Manager / Sales Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Camden, NJ hiring for a sales support specialist. This position would support the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience in a sales and administrative support are are encouraged to apply.

• Description
• Support sales manager with purchase order requests
• Enter sales orders and process information accurately
• Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate process with internal team effectively
• Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries
• Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements
• Organize data in excel and accurately input customer information
• Adhere to policies and process for company standards
• Qualifications
• Sales support experience
• Any steel industry experience highly preferred but not required
• Excel skills and comfortable with data
• Microsoft office and Outlook
• Invoicing / billing experience
• Shipping / receiving exp.
• Customer service

• On-site position
• 8am-5pm
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
