Location
On-site in Newark, NJ Work closely with attorneys and clients in a vibrant, team-oriented office environment that serves clients across Essex, Hudson, Bergen, and Union Counties.Note

Job Description
Support attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, forms, and legal documents.Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information and provide case updates.Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy preparation.Coordinate with courts, government agencies, and clients to track case progress.Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction.Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Prior legal assistant or paralegal experience (immigration experience preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented and proactive with a client-first mindset.Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.Why Youll Love Working Here
