This role involves planning, executing, and supporting aircraft maintenance activities during modification projects to ensure efficiency and minimal post-modification work. The position requires strong knowledge of Navy maintenance instructions, aircraft systems, and effective coordination to optimize maintenance support for test squadron aircraft.

The Platform Coordinator Liaison (PCL) reports to the Squadron Maintenance Manager and is the primary Maintenance Control interface with the test teams and the squadron Configuration Management Officers (CMOs), promoting cohesiveness and facilitating communication between Maintenance Control and the test team throughout the life of a test project. As the Maintenance Control focal point for aircraft modification coordination, the PCL is involved with planning, execution, and follow-on support of non-standard aircraft modifications from a maintenance support prospective. The PCL participates in aircraft modification planning to assess supportability and suggest areas for efficiencies and improvement.

Must have :

• Knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series and other applicable Navy Instructions, Manufacturer Manuals, and company instructions.
• Good working knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance.
• Ability to tactfully and effectively communicate with test teams, CMOs, and other personnel.
• Operational skills with computers, computer peripherals, applicable software, and other office communication devices.
• Ability to read, speak, write legibly, and understand the English language.
