What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity in and around technology and media facilities. Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned location to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives, as appropriate. Monitor premises for unusual activity and report security-related concerns promptly. Work in environments typical of technology, media, and telecommunications locations, adapting to varying site conditions as needed. Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. A valid security guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
