As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and general activity within the site to help support site integrity and protect property. Communicate and collaborate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed for security-related matters. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
