This position has room for growth.Responsibilities:· Examine data records and inspect incoming data between Brands, Agencies, and Talent for completeness and accuracy across all platforms to help monetize podcasts· Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks according to team needs· Thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations· Be instrumental for improving sales process by helping to work through Salesforce and suggest best methods and technological innovations· Accounting and tracking revenues for podcasts, as well as coordinating payments to podcast talent via Salesforce· Manage data entry for campaigns from start to finish, troubleshooting issues in Salesforce and working with AEs to meet delivery goals and campaign requirements· Provide reporting to accounting to ensure timely payouts to creatorsQualifications:·Data Entry·Focused on accuracy & speed·Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and keep detailed records on correspondences·Salesforce experience is a plus·Proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheets/Docs·Self-starter attitude·Passion for Podcasts and audio storytelling·Experience in advertising sales for media, radio, tv, agency, or similar position ideal·Magellan AI experience is a plusSalary Expectations:Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually + benefits.This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
