Boutique NYC General Contractor delivering luxury single-family projects— townhouse gut renovations, brownstones, duplexes / triplexes, and condo / penthouse build-outs . Meticulous craftsmanship, white-glove client service, and architect-driven collaboration.

The Role

You'll run the jobsite day-to-day - from mobilization through punch - and be the face of the project to clients, architects, and subs. Expect fast-paced schedules, museum-grade finishes, and complex MEP / AV integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution, safety, and quality for high-end residential projects.
• Build and manage look-aheads; drive schedule, logistics, and sequencing.
• Direct daily subcontractor activities; verify scopes, manpower, and production.
• Enforce site safety and NYC DOB compliance; coordinate inspections & permits.
• Protect finishes and manage mockups, samples, and QA / QC checklists.
• Lead client / architect / owner-rep walks; track RFIs, changes, and punchlists.
• Maintain jobsite documentation (e.g., Procore / PlanGrid) and daily reports.
