Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain efficient workflow. Monitor progress and resolve field issues in real time. Ensure compliance with building codes, inspections, and client specifications. Report regularly to the Director of Construction and collaborate with project management teams.

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up and renovation projects. Proven experience in commercial and residential construction, with a focus on high-end finishes and ground up construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with construction management software and field documentation. NYC experience is a plus.
