Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the warehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. This role requires independent judgment and decision-making in managing all aspects of domestic operations, including staffing, workflow, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse staff to meet departmental standards and performance expectations.
- Partnering with leadership on staffing decisions, including hiring, training, performance management, and terminations.
- Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing both new and ongoing operational projects.
- Setting departmental goals aligned with Radiant's strategic objectives.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and approving employee timesheets and attendance daily.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.
- Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for facility repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Managing inventory of warehouse equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring proper storage and functionality.
- Conducting regular safety audits and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Planning and executing facility improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency and a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Distribution, or Fulfillment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Strong working knowledge of North American geography.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); intermediate Excel skills (formulas, graphs).Experience with Transportation Management Software (e.g., SAP, CargoWise) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Internet Truck Stop) preferred.Business & Interpersonal Skills :

Full-time position, minimum 8 hours per day, with flexibility to complete all required duties.Moderate noise level; climate-controlled office and warehouse environment with fan ventilation (no air conditioning).Work involves frequent interaction between office and warehouse areas.Mathematical & Language Skills :
Ability to perform basic calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Proficient in reading, interpreting, and writing documents, spreadsheets, emails, and reports.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.Physical Demands :
Regular : walking, sitting, using hands, keyboarding, reaching, talking, and hearing.Occasional : standing, kneeling, crouching, crawling; lifting up to 50 pounds.Vision : close, distance, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.Required :
Valid driver's license.Compensation & Benefits :
Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 annually
Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Additional Compensation : Discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance.
