A company is looking for a Principal Health Business Analytics - Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytic strategy for risk adjustment and align insights with financial and compliance goals
Analyze risk score trends and program results to identify improvement opportunities
Deliver actionable insights and visualizations to senior leadership while mentoring analysts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of related work experience in Risk Adjustment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Advanced experience in SQL / SAS programming and Excel
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience training team members
In-depth knowledge of health business processes and emerging industry trends
