Job Qualifications :

As a Controller in Chandler, AZ, you’ll bring the following qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
• Experience :
• A minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience in accounting.
• Proven expertise managing financial assets exceeding $15 million annually.
• Preferred experience in a large private golf and country club community.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Jonas Club Management / POS software or ability to learn quickly.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Capabilities :
• Exceptional mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
