Job Title : Social Media Assistant

Job Summary : The Social Media Assistant will support the Social Media Manager in creating and executing social media strategies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and competitor activities
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the creation of social media graphics and videos using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for content and engagement
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
