Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes. A proactive attitude with a passion for technology sales is preferred. Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.
