Responsibilities :
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to contribute to patient care decisions
- Oversight of intravenous sterile product preparation
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Ideal Candidate :
- Clinical experience including clinical pediatric intensive care
- Current and valid pharmacy license in CT
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in an overnight setting
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Epic and Dose Edge Systems is preferred
Working Hours :
This is a full-time position with overnight 8-hour shifts. 10 pm - 7 am
