POSITION : Customer Service Representative - Transportation
LOCATION : Evansville, IN- Walt’s Drive-A-Way
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for excellent communication, and a variety of technical and clerical tasks, requiring both manual and data entry skills.
This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, especially as it pertains to our most valued clients.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Documentation and Processing : Scan and complete paperwork for invoicing and payroll purposes.
2. Delivery Tracking : Monitor all deliveries, updating customers on timing and managing delay issues.
3. Record Maintenance : Ensure accuracy and currency in attendance, payroll, and accounts payable / receivable records.
4. Customer Relations : Address customer issues promptly to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Team Coordination : Work closely with the transportation team to support and achieve the Client’s objectives.
6. Flexibility : Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating adaptability to business needs.

Required Qualifications :
- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to engage effectively with both team members and high-profile clients.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
