Senior Director of Product Management, Enterprise AI Applications

About The Role

Salesforce's Machine Learning Platform and Services is foundational to enabling AI development at scale and building production scale enterprise AI applications. We build AI / ML models and agents to drive sales, engagement, retention and monetization efforts.

The Sr. Director of Product, Enterprise AI Applications will :

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade AI applications that power Salesforce's ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales, Enterprise Analytics, Product, and Marketing to translate customer and stakeholder needs into impactful AI product solutions.
• Drive AI-driven transformation across business units, enabling predictive insights, automation, and intelligent engagement.
• Collaborate with AI / ML platform teams to ensure models are high-quality, secure, explainable, and scalable.
• Influence executive strategy by providing data-backed insights into AI application performance and market trends.
• Evangelize the adoption of Salesforce's AI capabilities internally and with customers.
