Collections Representative (Collector) - Evening Shift

Benefits :

Position Summary :

Responsible for the collection and resolution of delinquent auto loan accounts. Utilizes telephone, automated dialer, and written correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department. Provides customer service regarding collection issues and available collection programs. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

This is an evening / night shift role with the following schedule :

Monday Thursday : 11-8pm or 12-9pm MST (hours differ based on daylight savings time)

Friday : 9-6pm or 10-7pm MST (hours differ based on daylight savings time)

Saturday : 7-11am or 8-12pm MST (Rotation averages once per month; hours differ based on daylight savings time)

Qualifications and Competencies : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum 2 years of collection-related experience.
