Senior Inventory Manager / Director of Inventory Strategy

Location : Ogden, UT (On-Site)

Reports To : VP of Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Senior Inventory Manager will oversee inventory strategy and optimization across multiple regions and facilities. This role ensures efficient working capital utilization, high service levels, and alignment with company supply chain objectives. We’re looking for professionals who have managed aging inventory, overseen inventory dollars, collaborated on sell-through across multiple channels, and developed detailed management plans for each item.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead supplier negotiations on contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage procurement governance.
• Drive cost reduction, sustainability, and innovation through supplier collaboration.
• Lead and mentor procurement professionals.
