Job Overview
This role offers Executive Assistant (EA) support to a Managing Partner for the Health and Life Sciences Practice. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the team, fostering collaboration and synergy among key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Required
At least five years of experience working in an executive assistant role at the senior executive level. Experience in management consulting firm or similar industry is preferred, but not required.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. Expert knowledge of Outlook. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ability to create custom reports and slides.
