Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage day-to-day finance operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams

Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting and payroll accuracy

Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights to client management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes
