Position Overview

CyberData is seeking a Vice President of Business Development & Capture to drive the company's strategic growth in DoD and Health IT markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven growth executive who thrives on identifying, qualifying, and capturing 45 high-value opportunities annually. The successful candidate will be a technical-minded strategist with strong domain expertise, a deep network across federal agencies, and a disciplined approach to capture management.

Qualifications

10+ years of federal business development and capture experience, with a focus on DoD and / or Health IT Demonstrated track record of capturing and winning prime contracts exceeding $25M TCV Strong understanding of federal acquisition strategies and GWAC / IDIQ vehicles (e.g., Alliant 3, OASIS+, CIO-SP4) Deep customer relationships within DoD (e.g., DHA, DISA, AF, Army) and civilian health agencies (e.g., HHS, CMS, NIH) Technically conversant in enterprise IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, data, and digital services Proficient in Shipley or similar capture methodologies Confident presenter and communicator with experience briefing C-level and government stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; technical or business advanced degree preferred
