Idaho Licensed Pharmacy Customer Service

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices

Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues

Maintain composure in escalated situations and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of call center experience required

At least 1 year of work-at-home experience required

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while conversing with customers

Basic math skills required
