Your Role :

As a Tax Office Associate Team Leader , you will provide essential support to a retail office during the busy tax season, aiming to consistently surpass client expectations while guiding day-to-day operations. Starting in early December with a flexible part-time schedule, you will shift to a full-time commitment from January through April.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality service and operational consistency that enhances the value we provide at H&R Block.
• Oversee compliance with Service Standards, ensuring a superior client service experience, and escalate issues to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager when necessary.
• Address escalated client service concerns directly to facilitate resolutions.
• Manage client scheduling and conflict resolution, escalating issues when needed.
• Lead office activities from the front desk while providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to create an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate daily schedules for tax office associates and ensure timely completion of work, focusing on quality and priorities.
• Conduct daily team meetings to disseminate essential information to office associates.
