Job description5+ years in quality management in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business (or equivalent exp.) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools Be the quality leader at a plant where your decisions matter Drive improvements and shape systems in a growth-focused environment Work cross-functionally with teams that value collaboration and innovation Live in Sheboygan, WI "Malibu of the Midwest" offering lakefront beaches, trails, arts & culture, and affordable living Base salary of $75-95K based on experience & education Bonus : 10% quarterly bonus. Strong benefits including : medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off This plant is located just West of Sheboygan, and North of Northern Milwaukee area about 45 minutes.
Quality Assurance Manager

Join a fast-growing manufacturing company as their next plant QA Manager near Sheboygan, WI. This is your chance to lead quality at the plant level, where your work has a direct impact on customers, operations, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a quality technician
- Manage plant quality systems and ISO / QMS compliance
- Drive audits, metrics (like DPPM), and customer satisfaction
- Investigate issues, lead root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Partner across production, engineering, and supply chain
- Report results and quality trends to plant and corporate leadership
- Travel to customer sites when needed, as well as to other facilities for best practices, etc. (up to 25% travel estimated)
