Job description
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Specialty Pharmacy to lead specialty pharmacy authorization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Map pharmacy workflows by engaging with specialty pharmacies, providers, and payers
Design solutions for electronic prior authorization to enhance submission processes
Drive feature adoption from ideation to rollout to improve provider approval rates
Required Qualifications
3+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or specialty pharmacy
Customer-first mindset to translate payer and PBM complexity into workflows
Technical fluency with NCPDP SCRIPT, X12 278, FHIR, and payer portals
Experience in aligning engineers, pharmacies, and payer stakeholders on goals
Data-driven approach to track metrics like time-to-approval and submission success rates
