Lead Field Marketing Manager Northeast
Dynatrace is seeking a passionate Lead Field Marketing Manager Northeast to join our North America field marketing organization. This person will need to have a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the build and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and events. He / she will work hand in hand with the Northeast regional sales leaders and teams and is responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan to generate pipeline, build awareness and accelerate opportunities to close. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with all levels of sales and cross-functional teams such as partner and product marketing and solution engineers.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the development, promotion, communication and execution of in-region marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, demand campaigns, nurture programs and social media.
- Create new and expansion pipeline and accelerate opportunities through regional events aligned to sales campaigns, targeted personas and pipeline goals.
- Plan and execute in-region 1 : few ABM programs.
- Build and execute programs that drive executive relationships within Northeast accounts.
- Primary liaison between marketing and sales to communicate and represent all marketing campaigns, programs and events and share feedback from sales.
- Accountable for the reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets.
- Manage regional budgets, SFDC campaigns, and lead processes to meet operational targets and SLAs, vendor and contract management.
- Evaluate program impact and ROI to measure the success and determine future investments.

Bachelors Degree or relevant experiencePreferred Requirements :
5-7+ years B2B experience in executing integrated field marketing programs across multiple marketing tactics and platformsExperience developing marketing strategies for expansion business; Account Based Marketing is a plusBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, computer science, or relevant field of study preferred.Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Zip, Netsuite, Salesforce and Power BI a plusBased in the Northeast Region-NY, NJ, PA, CT, MAA track record of partnering with sales to build pipeline and drive bottom line resultsExperience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reportingStrong execution capability with highest standards in driving resultsHighly strategic, consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do)Ability to think outside of the box and innovate the art of marketingProven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teamsAbility to articulate and present plans; confidence in communicating with senior level sales leadersAbility to travel 40%The estimated base salary range for this role is $116K - $150K.
