Senior Operations Analyst

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC. Will be subject to a background check prior to employment.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Leads a team in reviewing and transforming policies and operating procedures, developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance operations.
• Direct reviews of policies, procedures, and operating frameworks to streamline operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Champions change management initiatives across organizational divisions.
• Oversees data analysis and reporting to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Holds overall responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of new processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

Hours of operation : Mon. Fri. 8 : 30am 5pm Except Federal Holidays On-site position Preference will be given to all qualified applicants who live in a federally certified HUBZone.
