A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) to provide operational support services for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote computer support and resolve IT incidents and requests
Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and classification
Respond to alerts and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
Experience in providing Tier I basic troubleshooting support
Familiarity with ITIL and support ticketing systems
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide high levels of customer service
