Account Executive - ERP Software Sales (Automotive)
Our client is a global leader in enterprise software solutions tailored to the rental, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Their technology empowers distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers to optimize operations and drive profitability. They are seeking to hire an Account Executive responsible for prospecting to identify new business opportunities and promoting growth. The position will require experience in solution based, consultative sales; selling an entire suite of products and solutions with a focus on distribution clients (new business).
Responsibilities
- New Business development and management (prospect and develop new clients and relationships)
- Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close
- Prospect through outbound communication, generate new leads and build a strong pipeline
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products; make recommendations based on needs
- Collaborate with other sales professionals to assist with closing deals
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Attend and participate in sales meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's DegreeMin. 3-8+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience in ERP software solutions required within Automotive channelExperience prospecting, cold-calling and closing dealsKnowledge / Understanding of automotive supply chain, distribution and inventory managementDocumented Sales Success of meeting / exceeding sales goalsExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRMAbility to travel as needed within territoryBase Salary up to $100,000 (based on experience)Year 1 @ plan up to $200,000 (based on experience)Uncapped CommissionsFull Benefits PackageDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
